A logistics operations system that does not stop at dispatch

LOPL is the TMS Samil Logistics Co., Ltd. builds and uses every day. Starting from dispatch, we are extending it to connect the company's work through HR, operations, and accounting in one flow, and we keep the way we work in manuals and documents. AI finds and organizes information on top of that. We intend to share the operating methods we have proven with partner carriers.

What stays

Work in the system. The standard in writing.

When the person in charge changes, the way the work is done should stay with the company. Our goal is to document the procedures for dispatch, HR, operations, and accounting and connect them from start to finish in the same TMS.

AI works on those manuals and the history behind them. You do not re-explain the job every morning; the numbers and the steps are shown right away to the person who needs them.

Why we built it

Most of a carrier’s knowledge still lives in someone’s head

Dispatch is scattered across phone calls, HR across spreadsheets, accounting across month-end manual checks, and operating rules across chat threads. When people leave, the way they worked leaves with them. Plenty of tools swapped screens. Few left a standard the whole company could run on. Samil Logistics Co., Ltd. faced the same problem, so we built the TMS we actually use in the field.

How it fits together

The TMS, the manuals, the partners

LOPL is built on three pillars: the TMS, the manuals, and the partners.

01

From dispatch through HR, ops, and books

Our goal is to run a logistics company end to end on one TMS. Today, LOPL handles everything from dispatch to settlement. AI finds and organizes the information needed, and people focus on the decision.

02

Written down. Repeatable.

The way the work is done becomes a document, and the system handles it by that procedure. Quality does not depend on the one person who already knows.

03

An operating method shared with partners

We make the procedures and tools proven inside our company available to carriers facing the same problems. Each company's rates and transaction information remain its own.

Features in operation

The features used in the field today are dispatch, quotes, closing, dashboards, documents, AI work support, dispatch automation, HR and accounting integration, and the manual system.

Dispatch

Manage orders from intake through dispatch, arrival confirmation, and completion on one screen.

Freight quotes

Enter origin, destination, and tonnage to calculate quote support from accumulated trip records and market rates.

Settlement & closing

Cross-check tax invoices against dispatch records and run driver purchase closing and customer sales closing on the same data. Less month-end manual checking, faster close.

Operations dashboard

Aggregate daily dispatch and revenue by customer and team so less time is spent hunting numbers and issues surface sooner.

Documents and manuals

Create and organize delivery receipts, statements, and transport documents in the system. Less copying and matching by hand, and work procedures stay in writing.

AI work support

Ask dispatch, revenue, and rate data and the manuals already in the system in plain language, and get answers. Less time spent finding information means staff can focus on decisions.

Dispatch automation

Propose dispatch plans that reflect vehicle position, operating conditions, loading waits, and work time, so staff focus on review and adjustment.

HR and accounting integration

Connect dispatch and settlement data to HR and accounting work in the same flow.

Manual system

Organize each department's procedures as manuals inside the system that AI can find and use.

Toward the industry

Not a tool used alone, but an operating method used together

LOPL aims to extend the operating methods proven inside Samil so that mid-sized and small carriers can use them on the same standard. We do not share company-specific rate or transaction data; we share procedures and tools.
